• Start by washing your hands. 
• Dry them completely.
•  Push back cuticles with a cuticle pusher, or the nail itself.
•  Buff the nail plate to get the shine off.
•  Add glue on the inside of the press on as well as your own nail.
•  Make sure placement is from side wall to side wall. 
• Press down to glue the nail for at least 30 seconds each finger.
• Add cuticle oil to cuticles or around the nail only.
• Try to avoid water for 3 hours. 

Then BOOM! you have a full set in less then 30 minutes. That's going to last 2+ weeks.
